I had a dream.. it was warm and sunny and I was outdoor on a bike, cycling away with a light breeze running through my hair. I was with a few friends discovering an unknown country where the sun shines all year round.. a country I had always wanted to visit and maybe even secretly wished I could live in!
Pedaling seemed easy as this time it was not about trying to surpass myself and train for a specific goal but rather to get a fun and flowing experience along dirt trails and easy pathways. I just had to follow the scenery unrolling under my bike’s wheels and this made me feel so light and free that I didn’t want my ride nor my dream to end..
Ever heard the saying “dreams come from a busy mind”? and busy and flooded with information are our minds nowadays! So what about listening to my mind trying to tell me what I truly aspire for? Too often my head gets in the way and pushes me to “get somewhere” but my mind is calling for a fun flowing ride to set this body and mind of mine free from all man-made bondage. Am I listening? Will I act upon it? time only and daily life choices will tell..
