Nat’s Adventure Travels requires a minimum number of guests before confirming a departure. A trip is confirmed as soon as our minimum guest count is met. Please do not book any flights or travel before your trip is confirmed.

Once Nat’s Adventure Travels confirms your booking, we guarantee your trip departure. We do however reserve the right to change guide, particular lodging or itinerary should unforeseen circumstances arise (guide illness, lodging or road closures etc..) forcing us to do so or should the safety of the group be compromised by weather or mountain conditions, participants fitness, group dynamics or other unforeseen incidents.

Nat’s Adventure Travels CANNOT be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or tour cancellations.

We strongly encourage participants to purchase Travel Insurance and Trip Cancellation Insurance, see below.

Trip Cancellation Insurance / Travel Insurance

Once your booking is confirmed, we enter into financial obligations and cannot refund payments or release you from your contractual obligations except for conditions stated under “Cancellations”.

We therefore highly recommend buying Trip Cancellation Insurance or Travel Insurance to cover your losses in case you cannot attend or have to interrupt your trip for any reason. Also, all participants need to have internationally accepted health insurance for all activities pertaining to the trip, including coverage for emergency rescue and evacuation.

We recommend Tugo insurance as a provider: https://www.tugo.com/
